Fall In Love With Classic Automobiles at The San Marino Classic
It is uncanny how many similarities there are between historic architecture and classic cars. From the instant dose of nostalgia and the remembrance of a time gone by to the details of craftsmanship and the widespread general appeal, spotting an amazingly restored historic home or an impeccable classic car will always draw accolades.
While Pasadena has several events to tour historic homes (Pasadena Heritage Spring Home Tour and Craftsman Weekend, Bungalow Heaven Home Tour, Garfield Heights Home Tour and others), there is only one premier automotive event locally and that event is right around the corner.
The 7th Annual San Marino Classic is set for Sunday, June 10th at Lacy Park. Every year three hundred plus, chrome-clad classics roll into the picturesque park just south of town.
This years show will draw a healthy dose of celebrity with the display of cars previously owned by Paul Newman and now owned by podcast darling Adam Carolla.
Hardcore car fans will love the rare specimens while the general fan will embrace the variety of builds spanning early pre-war designs to modern supercars and the myriad of vendors rounding out the day.

General Admission runs $25 with kids under 12 being free.
