Bungalow Heaven Prices May Have Hit Their High

The October Altos Report is out. Definitely seeing a price drop on PPSF in the 91104 Zip Code (home to Pasadena's Bungalow Heaven). We usually see this seasonal drop happen later in the year. Could this mean we hit the high-water mark and now it will recede?
